I struggled with a home claim from hurricane Beryl until last week. I had almost given up, because I had given out from the sheer exhaustive dealings with the corporate office. "This has been my insurance agent for I want to say a decade now. It’s been a long time. Will is a really great guy and has a very kind heart and I would call him my friend now. He has an incredible team specifically Amy Bedel. She is the one who runs the entire office and she is absolutely amazing. Anytime that my bill is due and I need a reminder, she sends me a text, also if I need them to call me and I’ve called the office and no one has answered she either calls me right back or if I text her she calls me within an hour or two of the text. She is so friendly and has such a calming voice that whenever I call and she answers the phone. I know everything is going to be just great. A few years ago, I had a bad experience with an adjuster on a claim at my apartments when the water from my washer flooded into my neighbor’s home. The neighbor was insane and did some really crazy things and the adjuster had no empathy and did not want to hear anything I had to say about the situation. She was so rude to me that it put me in tears so I called my agent’s office, and Amy immediately became my advocate and she told the claims office to assign someone else to my claim, and made sure that I would be protected during the claims process. She also let the claims office know that it was completely unacceptable behavior from the adjuster. I knew that Amy really cared about my claims experience and also wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. For those who don’t know about insurance, the agent can’t always do a whole lot regarding your claim, but I felt very heard by Amy and Will during this process. Not only is this a wonderful office to work with because of Amy and Will, their pricing is really great too for my vehicle and renters insurance. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience with any other insurance agent’s office in my entire life."
